We have provided the ability for customers to choose which edition number they would like on certain in-stock products. There will be no edition listed when there is only one product left or if there is no edition number on the item. The edition numbers will be provided in first come first serve basis. If the edition number choosen is not available, then we will substitute the next highest number.

Credit Card: We will not bill for a pre-order or back order until the item(s) are shipping to us and the item can be provided for the order.* We will only bill in such cases, if the customer requests it or a deposit is required (this is on rare occasion). In most cases you will see a charge on your order for a pre-order or a backorder, it will be a hold which is required by you bank or credit card company. It will be removed in up to 7-10 days.

PayPal: We require a 10% non refundable payment at the time of ordering for any pre-orders or back orders. Once the order is placed you will receive an invoice for 10% of the order cost (does not include shipping). An invoice for the rest of the order will be sent when the product(s) arrive and the order will not ship until the invoice is paid in full. Failure to pay the 10% fee will result in immediate cancellation of your order. (this does not apply to orders before 09/26/2006).

Customers will be permitted to cancel their orders up until the product(s) have been allocated. Affective March 30, 2005 we will be charging a 5% restocking fee for all cancelled orders (this fee is to cover all expenses, including fees charged to us when orders are placed). This fee can be waved at the discretion of Dark Shadow Collectibles Inc (this fee does not apply to orders made previous to the effective date).

We will combine items for shipping at every opportunity. All items that are in-stock will ship within 24-48hrs and pre-order/back orders will ship as soon as they become available. Please contact us if you would like us to hold an item to ship with a pre-order/backorder item. You will be charged shipping for each package shipped.

All customers that reside in Texas will be charge the standard rate of 8.25% sales tax.

We provide 2 payment options for international customers:

1. Checkout using the provided cart, which will calculate shipping with UPS Worldwide (Canadian residents can choose Canada Standard)or USPS Global EMS (this option currently is only offered to Africa, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Europe, Russia (and surrounding States) and UK residents).
2. E-mail us at: sales@darkshadowcollectibles.com, and we will provide a PayPal invoice to complete the sale. All shipping quotes will be processed at the rate for USPS Global EMS, which will provide tracking and insurance for the full value.

Damaged/Defective/Warranty Repair Merchandise:
Because of the large volume of products shipped each day, it is impossible for Dark Shadow Collectibles, Inc. to check each and every individual product prior to shipping. As such, every item is assumed to have left the factory in new condition.

Incorrect Orders/Shipments:
If we inadvertently send you incorrect merchandise, we will be more than happy to refund your return shipping. When it arrives back to us we will issue a full refund for said product and shipping. Simply e-mail us and we will be happy to assist you. Keep in mind that if the item does not make it back, we will not issue a refund or credit. If you return an item for any other reason, or cancel your order after it has already shipped, all return shipping fees, insurance, restocking fees, and related costs will be your responsibility. You are responsible for making sure that the package arrives back to our store safely, in the same condition it was sent out. If you do not insure the package, and it does not arrive, we will not issue any refund.

You must be at least 18 years of age to order any product from us. Some items contained on this site may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21 years of age. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this site.
